“This letter is regarding my experiences working with Tinosh Davarinia. I was referred to Tinosh by a friend of mine who always spoke very highly of her and explained lightly what it is that she does, I thought to myself why not?
...
I have never worked with a spiritual coach before and to be perfectly honest I had never even heard about it, but at this time in my life I was struggling with many of my own issues and also in the middle of a pandemic, which added another variation of its own stressors. To start off, we exchanged information and set up a time to do a brief zoom call so that I could figure out if it was something that I even would be comfortable doing. Tinosh was wonderful, she explained in detail what it is we would be working on and it was everything that I had been looking for that I just wasn’t getting in my therapy sessions! She sent me a packet to fill out which consisted of many questions where I really had to really dig deep and be honest with my answers, that alone was such a wakeup call. Most of them were about personal life questions, work, and where I was at a spiritual level, which was basically 0. I realized that I definitely needed to make some changes in my life and I felt that my time would be best spent focusing on my goals with her because I felt very comfortable and wanted to try something new while working on my spirituality.
As time went on working with Tinosh, I could feel my inner self changing so much. We started with once a week and in the beginning, I felt like I always had things to work on. I personally (used to be) very high strung, tried to control EVERYTHING, worried about everything, regretted many of the decisions that I had made in the past and had a really hard time letting go of things. In my first few sessions I was shocked but I just cried and was able to really open up to Tinosh. She is so easy to talk to and truly listened, she remembered what I talked about in previous sessions and would always go back to any questions I had or things we needed to talk about. She is calm, collected, and truly an artist in her craft. I have been in therapy for about 20 years and I made more progress working with Tinosh in a few months then in any therapy session. She allows me to see things and life from another perspective and helps me use spiritualty in a way I never even thought possible. I now meditate on a regular basis and am able to step back and break down any issues that come up in a calm perspective, instead of being high strung and freaking out, like I used to do in many circumstances. I truly feel that my life is better because of working with her and I look forward to continuing my journey with her guidance and knowledge. I feel lucky that this opportunity approached itself and blessed that she takes the time to work with me. Not only is she amazing at what she does but she is also just an amazing person.
